Shahid Afridi has so far announced his retirement from almost all formats of cricket. He is currently spending his time either in his business or volunteering. And they look busy doing photoshoots of almost every famous clothing brand. And he has started his own personal clothing band.
He considers himself a better bowler rather than a batsman. He has won the most Player of the Match awards in Twenty20 International cricket and he also took the most wickets in the series.
Just a few years ago, Shahid Afridi decided to retire from ODIs, T20s, and Test cricket. When people found out about his retirement, they became very upset because many people said that we only watched cricket because of Shahid Afridi’s fast batting.
Shahid Afridi is cousin of CEO of Haier Pakistan, Javed Afridi. He also worked as the President of PSL team Peshawar Zalmi whose owner was his cousin Javed. He also owns a foundation by the name ‘Shahid Afridi Foundation’ that was founded in 2014.
Shahid Afridi got married at a very young age 20 years ago. And God has blessed him with five daughters after marriage. Shahid Afridi believes that my daughters are everything to me. While his wife does not appear on the media screen.
